Culture Transformation ______________________________________________________________________________ When organizations seek to create cultures that support innovation, it's often after restructuring, reorganizing, and downsizing have approached a point of diminishing returns. Knowing that they must continually find new ways to create and maintain value, many organizations launch culture transformation initiatives. In these scenarios, leaders sometimes have to dismantle existing entitlement or compliant cultures, but regardless of the reasons, most culture transformation efforts begin with an assessment of whether strategic priorities can be supported by current skill sets, competencies, and behaviors. In many cases, leaders need help in managing the change associated with culture transformation. When there are skills or performance gaps, we help to close them through skills training or through individual development plans that typically include coaching and/or mentoring programs that supplement training. Culture transformation often involves individuals who serve on various teams, so we offer team development services as well. __________________________________________________________________________________________
