Sally is an organizational development consultant and coach with experience in both public and private sectors and expertise in healthcare and higher education. She has directed and provided various services at national, state, and regional levels for over 20 years. Her work with state governments has included team building/partnering workshops and other inventions, including the Restoriation of the Texas State Capitol Project, which included over 50 major design and construction projects. Her clients include NASA, the University of Texas System, University of Texas Medical Branch, George Washington University, the Baylor School of Medicine, and the State University System of New York (SUNY),
The four major practice areas of her firm are organizational change management, strategic planning facilitation, leadership and team development, and executive coaching. Sally's organizational change management services include customer assessments and employee development planning as well as assistance in outsourcing, reductions in force, and implementation of transitional and operational teams. Her services in strategic planning include facilitation of a shared vision; leveraging of competencies, goals, and objectives; and the development of guidelines, roles, values, and team agreements.
Sally holds a Master of Education from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University.
